• Ostelin Bone Strength + Iron provides vitamin D, a key nutrient to maintain bone strength plus iron to support energy production and maintain iron levels in the body
• Contains a bioavailable form of iron
• Contains vitamin C to support the absorption of iron in the body
Iron (from Iron II glycinate) 12mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 500IU) 12.5micrograms
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (Vitamin C 50mg) 60.52mg
Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 2mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2.5mg
Folic Acid 200 micrograms
- For adults: take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
